Cancellation policy is 7 days for groups of 6 or more guests. 72 hours for Spa Days and 48 hours for Individual Treatment Bookings.

Treatments are not included in the experience. Please contact a member of the team prior to arrival if you wish to add a spa treatment to your experience.
