Terms & Conditions: The minimum age for treatments is 18. (16 and 17 year olds can attend on an access only package with an accompanying adult) Treatments that are 50 or 25 minutes long include changing & consultation time. Pregnancy Treatments are limited, please make the spa aware prior to your appointment & only certain treatments are available during your 1st trimester.
In order to ensure the smooth operation, the hotel reserves the right to move the booking up to 30 minutes either side of the original time. Treatments that start late will be cut short to avoid inconvenience to other guests. Double treatment rooms are subject to availability, please request these on booking. Cancellation policy is 7 days for Groups of 6 or more guests, 72 hours for spa days and 48 hours for Individual treatment bookings or full amount will be payable. For bookings made using a third-party, special offer or voucher, once the spa day has been booked, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If your spa package is part of an overnight break, please refer to your original bedroom confirmation for cancellation policy. If you haven’t already scheduled in a session time, your spa experience including facility use and treatment will be automatically scheduled for you which will be stated on your confirmation email.
Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your spa booking. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
